Contact inquiries

When you contact VeriVal, we receive the name, email address, company, area of interest, and message you provide. You may also provide a phone number and job title. We use these details to verify your email, respond to your inquiry, and discuss the services or products you ask about. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

Email verification and security

We send a verification code to the email address you enter. Codes expire after five minutes and cannot be reused to send another inquiry. While verification is pending, the website temporarily holds your contact details and inquiry in private server-side storage. Those details are removed after the request is used, locked, or its initial verification email fails to send. Expired pending details are removed during subsequent contact activity. Verification codes are not stored in plain text. Hashed identifiers derived from email and connection information help limit misuse.

Retention

VeriVal retains contact inquiries and related email correspondence for 90 days. Website verification and rate-limit records are short-lived and are removed during subsequent contact activity once their protection windows have expired. Records associated with a separate customer engagement are governed by that engagement's terms.

Website analytics

Public content pages use Google Analytics to understand website use and improve the visitor experience. Google Analytics may use cookies and process page activity, browser and device information, and connection information. The contact, verification, and privacy pages do not load Google Analytics, and this website does not send contact-form fields to the analytics integration.

You can block analytics requests with browser privacy controls or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics or disabling JavaScript does not prevent you from reading the site or submitting a contact inquiry. Learn more about Google Analytics data handling.

Service providers

Website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the site and deliver correspondence. Hosting systems may keep technical access and security logs. Google processes analytics information when its scripts are permitted to run. These services have their own data-handling terms.

Scope and updates

This notice covers VeriVal's public website. Product accounts and customer engagements may have separate agreements and privacy terms. We will update this page when the website's information-handling practices change.
